No more quarantine for arriving travelers

MANILA, Philippines—The days of self-imposed quarantine are over. Nearly two months since it went on overdrive to prevent an Influenza A(H1N1) outbreak in the country, the Department of Health has begun to ease its control measures against what it described as a generally mild new flu virus strain.
